1. Visit the NCSoft Code Redemption Page
- Open a web browser and go to the official NCSoft Redeem Code page: NCSoft Redeem.
- The code redemption field will be visible immediately.

2. Enter Your Activation Code
- Type or paste your NCSoft activation code (e.g.,
XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX). - Click "Apply" to proceed.

3. Sign In to Your NCSoft Account
- After clicking "Apply", you will be redirected to the login page.
- Enter your NCSoft account credentials (email and password).
- If you have two-factor authentication enabled, complete the verification.

4. Confirm Code Redemption
- Once signed in, you will see a preview of the redeemed product (game, item, or in-game currency).
- Click "Confirm" to finalize the redemption.

5. Redemption Successful
- A message will appear saying:
"Success! The product has been added to your account." - Click "Close" or return to your NCSoft Account Management page.

6. Access Your Redeemed Content

- Go to your NCSoft Library to download the content.

- Log in to the respective game and check your inventory, mailbox, or in-game store.
