Open a web browser and go to the official NCSoft Redeem Code page: NCSoft Redeem.
The code redemption field will be visible immediately.

2. Enter Your Activation Code

Type or paste your NCSoft activation code (e.g., XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX).
Click "Apply" to proceed.

3. Sign In to Your NCSoft Account

After clicking "Apply", you will be redirected to the login page.
Enter your NCSoft account credentials (email and password).

4. Confirm Code Redemption

5. Redemption Successful

A message will appear saying:

Click "Close" or return to your NCSoft Account Management page.

6. Access Your Redeemed Content
