Información sobre el producto

1. Instala Ubisoft Connect

  • Descarga e instala Ubisoft Connect desde la web oficial:

  • Una vez instalado, inicia sesión con tu cuenta de Ubisoft. Si no tienes una cuenta, crea una.

2. Abre Ubisoft Connect

  • Inicia Ubisoft Connect en tu ordenador.
  • Asegúrate de haber iniciado sesión en tu cuenta de Ubisoft.

3. Navega hasta Activación de Clave

  • En la esquina superior izquierda, haz clic en tu Icono de perfil.
  • En el menú desplegable, selecciona Activación de clave (o busca la opción "Activación de clave" en el menú).

4. Introduce tu código de activación

  • En la ventana "Activación de la clave", introduce tu clave de producto de 25 caracteres (por ejemplo XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX).
  • Haz clic en Activar para canjear el código.

5. Confirma la activación

  • Una vez canjeada con éxito la clave, verás una pantalla de confirmación en la que aparecerá el nombre del juego o contenido.
  • Haz clic en Confirmar para finalizar.

6. Descarga e instala el juego

  • Ve a la página Biblioteca para encontrar tu juego activado.
  • Haz clic en Descargar para instalar el juego en tu ordenador.

7. Consejos para solucionar problemas

  • Código no válido: Comprueba si hay erratas en el código.
  • Restricciones regionales: Asegúrate de que tu clave de producto coincide con la región de tu cuenta de Ubisoft.
